1. Eligibility & Agreement Scope

By accessing the Unstoppable Women application, purchasing structured training programs, or interacting with our digital coaching services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into binding contracts.

If you are accessing the services on behalf of an entity or third party, you warrant that you possess full legal authorization to bind that entity to these Terms of Service.

Unstoppable Women provides athletic training protocols, physical conditioning guidance, and wellness educational materials. We are not a medical organization, healthcare provider, or clinical diagnostic service. None of our workout schedules, nutritional outlines, or digital content constitute medical diagnoses, physical therapy, or individualized clinical advice. Always consult your personal physician before beginning any high-intensity exercise regime.

2. Physical Readiness & Voluntary Participation

Physical training inherently involves bodily exertion and potential risk of physical injury. You explicitly acknowledge and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks associated with participation in our workout routines, whether conducted at home, in commercial fitness facilities, or outdoors.

3. User Accounts & Membership Access

When you register an account, you agree to supply true, accurate, and current information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal profile.

  • Accounts are for individual, non-transferable use only.
  • Simultaneous multi-user credentials sharing is strictly prohibited.
  • You must notify support immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized access.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All workout videos, training documentation, visual assets, proprietary methodology, and digital downloads available through Unstoppable Women are the exclusive intellectual property of the company. Access is granted under a limited, revocable, personal license.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Unstoppable Women and its officers, directors, trainers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our platform.

6. Term and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your platform access without prior notice if you violate any provision of this agreement, participate in abusive conduct, or infringe upon proprietary assets.
